Conditions 
  • Check-in : from 1.00 pm
  • Check-out : by 10.00 am
  • Children 0-3 years : free overnight stay (sleeping in their parents’ bed)
  • Children from 3 to 10 years : from € 10.00 to € 15.00 per night
  • Special rates for long stays to be agreed based on the period and the type of room
Tourist tax
  • Validity all year except from 10/01 to 20/03 and from 01/11 to 20/12
  • Amount : € 3 per person for a maximum of five nights
  • Children up to 10 years are exempt

Policy, payments and cancellation terms
  • Booking confirmation : it is necessary to make a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total amount or send the complete data of your credit card which will be used to debit the amount of the deposit.
  • Cancellation without penalties : it is possible to cancel free of charge within 7 days before arrival (any advance will be refunded)
  • Cancellation with penalty : the amount paid will be retained as a deposit
  • Methods of payment in the structure : we accept payments in cash or by credit card.
